New York Public Library Art Day

I’ll be speaking later today at New York Public Library’s Art Day event at 6:30pm - 7pm EST. If you’re in the area and want to attend you can RSVP here for tickets.

I’ll be speaking about the process of creating Beneath the Trees from concept to comic, and showing some slides of layouts and art. I’ll also be doing some live drawing along with a general Q&A. Very excited to attend!!

NYCC

Thursday through Saturday I’ll be attending NYCC for the various events below. I love NYC in the fall, and the chilly weather that just blew in is amazing. I won’t be tabling this year, but I’ll be around haunting artists alley. Please say howdy if you find me!

Rite of Spring Issue 3 and other news

Issue 3 has recently arrived in Local Comic Shops! We’re halfway through the new arc, and this issue in particular takes a dark dive into Samantha’s past. I’m thrilled to see the continued excitement for the book. I can’t say it enough, THANK YOU to all of you for your support and enthusiasm :)

That’s it for now. I’ve got some art supplies to buy, and some NYC friends to go see in-between meeting all of you beautiful people that are here.
